Note: For highly mobile users the most important limitation to consider
is the one mentioned in chapter 4.4.5 Signaling/Roaming traffic
on page 38.
When one or two base station(s) is/are connected to the ELU31 board
the limitation is the number of available channels between a base station
and the ELU31 board. With 3 or more base stations connected to a board
with 16 b-channels the limitation will be the number of available channels
over the back plane. With 5 or more base stations connected to a board with
32 b-channels the limitation will be the number of available channels over
the back plane.
