APPENDIX C:
The Black Opal RMU's basic user controls may be controlled via external comms.,
except that the unit must be turned on manually.
The data format is RS232: 9600, n, 8, 1. (See Connector/Pin Details for wiring.)
Each command is a single character. Upon receipt of the command, the Black Opal
RMU responds with "&" + char + ↵.
All commands are in upper case. The commands and their results are shown on
the following table.
