Clearing the OSPF Neighbors
The clear ip ospf neighbor, in Privileged (Enable) mode, clears the OSPF-related information on
neighbors as specified by the IP address.
Command Syntax
device-name#clear ip ospf neighbor A.B.C.D

Displaying the OSPF Routing Statistics
The show ip ospf command, in View or Privileged (Enable) mode, displays various OSPF router
statistics, such as the contents of IP routing tables, caches, and databases. Information provided can
be used to determine resource utilization and solve network problems. The user can also display
information about node accessibility and discover the routing path the router packets are taking
through the network.

Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)
Description
Clears the OSPF-related information on neighbors as specified by
the IP address.
Neighbor IP address.
Description
Displays various OSPF router statistics, such as the contents of IP
routing tables, caches, and databases.
Displays the OSPF database for a specific router.
Displays OSPF related IP interface information.
Displays OSPF-related information on neighbors as specified by
the arguments.
Displays all routes received through the OSPF router.
