Configuring Traffic Shaping

The qos tx shaper command, in Interface Configuration mode, sets the rate for the transmit port.
Traffic shaping is used to control the rate of outgoing traffic in order to make sure that the traffic
conforms to the maximum rate of transmission provided for it. The no form of this command
removes the traffic shaping.
Each transmit port can be configured to transmit at a specific rate.
By default, no traffic shaping is assigned.

Overview
Priority value for matching in the range <0-63>.
Match all priority values.
Match according to Conforming precedence level.
Match according to Non-conforming precedence level.
Sets the following values to packets matching the previous defined
priority and conformance level.
The priority value to set in the range <0-7>.
(Optional). The drop level to set.
(Optional). Sets Conforming precedence level.
(Optional). Sets Non-conforming precedence level.
Since the rate granularity is limited, whenever the user sets the rate, a message
that specifies the rate that is actually configured, will be seen.
The shaping rate in bps, represented by an integer followed by k, m or g
(Kilobits, Megabits or Gigabits per second) in the range <64Kbps –
1Gbps>. Granularity is 64Kbps. Values not matching this granularity will
be rounded.
The burst size in the range <4K-512K>.
