    Tea Cater Tea Cater Congratulations on choosing a tea brewer. Tea Cater is equipped with full and half brew functions, and has a separate hot water outlet. Tea Cater is supplied with a brew unit, serving station, filter holder, 25 disposable filters and a connection tube.

    7. INSTALLATION AND START-UP – SERVICE Tea Cater 7.1. Place the machine on a flat surface that is impermeable to water. 7.2. Connect to your cold water feed using the connection tube supplied. It is recommended that you connect the tube to a shut-off tap.

    8. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Brewing Tea Cater 8.1. Starting the machine Start the brewer using the main power switch located at the rear of the machine. The machine will start filling with water. 8.2. The machine starts heating water. While machine is heating the water, the display will flash.

  • Page 12 9. Care and maintenance Tea Cater EVERY DAY Before each brew: Rinse the serving station with clean tap water. Every day Rinse serving station and filter holder with hot water. When cleaning the outside of the machine, use a soft rag and a non-abrasive liquid detergent.

    9. Care and maintenance Tea Cater EVERY WEEK Serving station cleaning Remove the level tube and clean it every week using the cleaning brush. Remove the big lid and clean the mixer tube. Mixer tube CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR 2.5 LITRE SERVING STATION Fill the serving station with hot water by running a brew cycle without tea and filter.
