4.2 TOP smoke flue
Make the hole for the connection at the height above the ground indicated in the drawing and fix the decorative
plate, if provided, to the wall. If necessary, shorten the pipe, the lenght of which will be distance "E" plus the section
to be enclosed: then insert the pipe into the smole stack and seal as necessary.

H
The height H quoted in the figures here, varies according to the
connector pipes chosen.
For example, if one metre pipes are used, the T100 and a C6
bend with a diameter of 15 (external size 32x32) H is (100-5) +
(32-7) = 120 cm. where (100-5) is the length of the pipe minus
the bowl, and (32-7) is the external length of the bend less half its
diameter, i.e. the distance between the axis and the lower level of
the bend.
If two 50 cm. pipes are used instead of the T100 the height
will be about 5 cm. less, as there will be an additional
coupling.
ATTENTION:the measurements in the diagrams are indicative
only as they presume flat floors and walls and this could make a
certain difference.

ATTENTION: in the case of pipes supplied by GRUPPO PIAZZETTA S.p.A. those must be connected with
the bowl facing downwards.
If necessary insert some of the fibreglass tape supplied between the collar of the smoke
outlet and the pipe, to ensure then the joint is sound.
NOTE: with the SARA and SIMONA stoves remember that in case of a smoke stack less than 5 m high, stoves
cannot be installed with a waste outlet diameter of 150 mm, instead use a 180 mm pipe and the collar supplied.
