"Self Test Error 5: Fewer finstrates were found than expected."
Indicates
The number of boards detected at powerup is smaller than the number recorded in NVM.
Action
Ensure board configuration meets system requirements. Chapter NVM as required.

trates were found than expected, NVM is automatically updated to match the actual configuration. )
Double-Bit Error
Message
"System halted due to double bit memory error on MC # NN CCCCCCCC"

Where "No DBE found" probably means the MC chip is faulty. Could also be CPU, lOP or clock
board (in order of probable cause).

Indicates
Illegal combination of lOP finstrates was found at powerup. lOPs of Revision 2.1 and earlier are not
compatible with lOPs of Revision 3.
