6.2.2 Import the media files on Windows Media Player 11

Click the button "Library, Add to library" on Windows Media Player 11 to add the media information into its database. The
media files on the PC will be sorted by the Media Player 11. Please refer to Windows help for more setting.

6.2.3 Browse through UPnP

During the setup of Windows Media Player, we already browse the UPNP server on this player. Now, select the name of
your computer in the list.
The media files on your computer are sorted into "Music", "Pictures", "Playlists" and "Video". To watch the video files,
select "Video" to continue.
You can see that the video files are sorted into Folders, Rating, Series and etc. Select one to browse and play the video.

6.3 NAS function

This player allows the other hosts in the LAN to access its USB flash disk. Turn on the function for accessing it.

6.3.1 Enabling NAS function

Before enabling this function, you need to setup LAN or WLAN for this player. Please refer to the setup section to setup the
LAN/WLAN connection.
To enable NAS function, press "MENU" key to enter menu, and navigate to "NET", "NAS". Select NAS and choose "On" to
turn on the function.
In the NET page, you can find the IP Address showed in the column of Wired Lan setup or Wireless Setup. Memorize this
IP Address for accessing later.

6.3.2 Access NAS function

Open a PC in the same LAN/WLAN of this player. For example, open a Windows XP PC.
Click "Start", and navigate to "Run". In the "Run" window, enter the command \\IP Address which is the IP Address you
memorized for this player in the previous section.
Click "OK" to input command. Wait a while and the browse windows pops up. Click the folder "public" to continue.
In the next window, you may see one or two folders depending on how many USB Storages connecting to the player.
Choose one to enter. You can see the folders and files in the USB storage, and you can browse, play, rename, copy, or
move the folders or files now.
