automatic Playback
This player supports automatic playback for movie or photo files. Please follow the rules to use this function.
To play and repeat movies files automatically, add the folder "AD_Video" in the root directory of USB storage, and copy the
movie files in this folder. The player will detect and play this folder in "Repeat all" mode.
To play and repeat photo files automatically, add the folder "AD_Photo" in the root directory of USB storage, and copy the
movie files in this folder. The player will detect and play this folder in "Repeat all" mode.
If both folders "AD_Video" and "AD_Photo" are found in the USB storage, the device only repeats and plays all movie files
in the folder "AD_Video".
In the initial setup, this function is temporary disabled until the setup is complete.
When power on, even after power disconnection, the device automatically will find the folder "AD_Video" or "AD_Photo" in
the USB storage to play.
5.3.2.11 Search
This player can search the files in the connected USB storage according to keyword. Select this function and enter the
keyword in the virtual keyboard. After entering the keyword, select "OK" to begin the search.
When searching the file, the status shows below. Press green key to stop searching anytime.
When searching is complete, the result will list on screen. Navigating on the file will show the preview and choose any file
to play.
In the result, press green key to pop up the sub window for sorting. You can choose to sort by file name, media type,
date, and the file size.
5.3.2.12 History
When playing a movie, music or photo every time, the played record will be added in the history list. Select "History" in
the first page to view the history list. You can select one item to play again. When selecting a record, press green key to
delete it. To delete all records, press red key. To return to the main menu, press "Return" key or blue key.
5.3.2.13 iPod
Plug in iPod and select the option to browse it. Currently it only supports iPod, iPod classic and iPod mini. The iPod nano,
iPod Touch and iPhone are not supported.
5.3.2.14 File Copy
This player supports "Copy" function. You can copy files between USB Storage, built-in HDD and file sharing network.
The possible copy options can be USB Storage A to USB Storage B, "USB" to "HDD" "USB" to "NET", "HDD" to "NET" and
reversely.
For our example, we will copy files from "NET" which means file sharing network to built-in HDD on this player. Select
"Copy" in the main menu.
- Select "NET" and login the network to access the files. Refer to the network chapter for the similar operation.
During the operation, press blue key to exit at anytime.
- After login the PC in the network, browse and choose the files for copying. Press red key to mark the file or green key to
cancel the marking. To continue to copy, press
- In the next screen, select "USB" as the destination of copying, or you can press
select the file for copying.
- Select the folder of copy destination, or press red key to create a new folder. Use the virtual keyboard to enter the new
folder name.
- Press green key to continue to copy. The confirming window will pop up and confirm it to continue. The progress will
show on screen.
