5.3.2.9 Playlist
Edit playlist on this player to play Movie, Photo and Music in order. When browsing files, press "EDIT" key to pop up the
sub menu and select "Add into playlist" to add the file. To play the files in the playlist, select "Playlist" in the first page,
and choose one item to play.
5.3.2.10 Playlist type
There are four lists including "All", "Music", "Photo" and "Movie". When adding a file to playlist under media tab, you need
to switch to the proper media tab which is added the playlist to view it. For example, switch to "Movie" tab and add the file
to playlist, and then view the "Playlist" under "Movie" tab.
Green Key:
In the browse window, press it to clear the playlist. The file won't be erased and only deleted in
the playlist.
Blue Key:
Press it to return the first page.
M3U playlist:
Besides the playlist function in the player, the player also supports the M3U playlist file. User can
edit a M3U file and put it in the USB storage for the player to play by its sequence. For example,
use the PC software "WINAMP" http://www.winamp.com/ to edit playlist and export it to M3U file.
If the file/folder name has the non-English characters, it may require to choose "M3U8 (Unicode)
playlist" to export, or the player may not recognize it and report the invalid file message.
After entering the M3U/M3U8 playlist, you can select the media tab to filer All, Music, Photo
and Movies.
DVD-RoM:
This player supports USB external DVD-ROM. Plug in the USB connector into the socket of the
player, and then put DVD MOVIE in the loader, the DVD menu will pop up for use. Select "Play" to
start DVD menu, or "Browse" to view the files in the disk, or "Return" to exit the menu. If the DVD
disk isn't DVD MOVIE, this menu won't have the "Play" option. Select "Browse" to browse the disk.
aVCHD:
Insert AVCHD disc to play directly.
DVD-VIDeo:
If the DVD-VIDEO is loaded in the DVD-ROM, the available options would be "Play", "Browse" and
"Return". Select "Play" to play DVD-VIDEO with full DVD option including DVD-Menu, subtitle,
angle and multilingual audio. Select "Browse" to browse the DVD-VIDEO as the data disk. Select
"Return" to return to previous page. Refer to the section of video playback for the operation.
* When playing DVD movie, press the hot key "Red, Green, Yellow, Blue". Refer to the "Movie" section for details.
** Note: This player doesn't support the protected DVD movie. When playing original DVD movie which is protected, the
screen will have scrambled picture.
DVD-Data:
If the data DVD or data CD is loaded, the available option would be "Browse" and "Return". Select
"Browse" to browse the data DVD as the external USB Flash disk and "Return" to the previous
page. Refer to the section of video playback for the operation.
Video CD:
This device supports Video CD. Insert the VCD in the external DVD-ROM and the "Disc detected"
window pops up. Select "Play" to play this VCD or "Browse" to browse the files in this VCD.
CD audio:
Insert CD Audio and then the "Disc detected" window pops up. Confirm the window to play the CD.
In the left panel, the CD tracks are listed for selection. Select one to play. During the playback,
you can use the play-control key like FF, FR, NEXT, Previous button to control the progress or
change the track. The maximum Fast Forward is up to 2X and the Fast Reverse is 2X.
eject button:
Press green key on the remote control to eject the DVD-loader.
*Note: Can't play copy protected DVD.
