MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS

REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY

Ensure the four cush rubbers are in position inside
the rear wheel hub.
Tilt vehicle to right
and i nsert wheel
assembly between
the swing arms.

Hold wheel collar
and spa cer i n
position.

adjuster from the
LH side of vehicle
and gentl y tap it
through the wheel.
Ensure that the chain adjuster knotch butts with
the stopper as appropriate when both the front
& rear wheels are aligned.
Tig hten the cas tle
nut fir m ly and
ensure that the hole
o n ax le s ha ft a nd
the slot on castle nut
are ali gned to
en abl e s pl it p in
fitment.
Fix the split pin.
CAUTION
Do not force the spindle into the wheel as the threads
may get damaged. Tap it through the wheel gently.
WARNING
Ensure the vehicle does not come off centre stand
whi le a ss em bli n g / dis a s sem bl in g th e wh eel
assembly. Failure to adhere could result in damage
or serious injury.
