MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS
Tighten the pinch bolt on the RH fork guide.
Rotate the wheel and check for smooth rotation.
Connect the speedo cable to speedo drive unit
and rotate the wheel to check for proper working
of speedo meter.
Press brake lever 2 or 3 times to check front brake
efficiency.
NOTE
Ensure that the speedo drive is correctly located such
that the cable can be connected without difficulty.

REAR WHEEL REMOVAL

Place the vehicle on center stand on a firm and
flat surface.
Note and mark the position of the chain adjuster
bu ttin g wi th t he
stopper on the right
side.
Remove split pin and
castle nut on the RH
side.
Remove wheel spindle
fr om LH s ide al ong
with chain adjuster,
tak ing care no t to
drop the wheel collar
and spacer from the
LH side of the wheel.
Tilt vehicle to RH side
and s li de o ut r ear
wheel.
