1. Remove input power to the Power Wave
machine.
2. Perform the Case Cover Removal and DC

3. Locate the PFC Control Board.

4. Label and remove plugs J20, J21, J22, J23A,
J23B, J24, J25 and J26. See Figure F.26. See
Wiring Diagram.
5. Using a 3/8" wrench, remove the four nuts
securing the PFC Control Board to the PFC
board mounting panel. See Figure F.25.
6. Carefully remove the PFC Control Board from
the mounting studs. Cut any cable ties that
may inhibit the removal.
