3 Attaching the stage support plates
(7) Place the support plates on the stage and
tighten eight fixing screws (four for each side)
to secure them in place.
4 Attaching a chamber holder and acrylic
chamber
(8) Place the chamber holder on the stage in
such a way that the flat surface faces up, and
attach the acrylic chamber on top of it.
(9) Attach the cover glass to the bottom of the
acrylic chamber using, for example, silicon
adhesive so that water does not leak.

Motorized XY stage
Tools: Hex driver (2 mm across flats)
Hex wrench (3 mm across flats)
CAUTION
• When handling the stage, be sure to hold the bottom base.
Carelessly holding other parts will result in loss of precision or device failure.
1 Fastening clamp removal
(1) Loosen the four hexagon socket head bolts at
the top and right side of the stage using a hex
wrench (3 mm across flats) and remove the
tightening fixture.
2 Attaching the stage spacer
(2) Attach the stage spacer to the bottom of the
motorized XY stage, and then tighten the
hexagon socket flat head screw using a hex
driver (2 mm across flats).
