% If "Prohibit Functions When Authentication Error" in Administrator Settings is set to Mode 2 and a
user enters an incorrect password the specified number of times, the document is locked. To
release from the operation prohibition status, contact your administrator.

Select the document to be printed on the "Print" tab, and then press [Print].
The contents and a preview of the document can be checked in [Document Details].

Change the print conditions as necessary.

Press [Start] or the [Start] key in the control panel
% The document is printed.
% To stop operations, press [Cancel].
