The mortar spraying machines can be combined with continu-
ous flow, gravitation compulsory or pan mixers for the process-
ing of mineral coating materials.
The container suction system (accessory) can be used to suck
directly from a container.

OPeRAtION OF tHe MORtAR SPRAyING

The coating materials are supplied to the machine by means
of the receptacle. The spiral conveyor feeds the coating mate-
rial into an eccentric screw pump. This pump generates the
pressure required for the transport through the mortar hose.
The compressed air necessary for the atomizing of the mate-
rial is fed into the spray lance.
The mortar spraying machine can be switched on and off us-
ing the electrical remote control.
The continuously adjustable feed rate of the coating material
can be used to create a soft, even spraying pattern.
