The ABS ECU normally monitors the solenoid valve
drive
circuit.

no current flows in the solenoid even
if the
ECU
turns the solenoid ON or if it continues to flow even
when turned oFF, the
ECU
determines the

wire is
broken/short circuited or the harness
is
broken short circuited and then these trouble codes
are output.
