Remove the tertiary air tubes and V board baffles as detailed in appliance preparation on pages 14 and 15.
Once removed the tertiary air tubes should be cleared of any soot. Ensure all air holes are clear of soot and
debris. C lean a ll V b oard b affles a nd c heck c ondition.
If any boards show signs of surface damage or are broken then they should be replaced. Replacement parts are
available f rom y our J etmaster D istributor. F or r eplacement o f t ertiary a ir t ubes a nd b affles r everse t he r emoval
procedure.
CAUTION
Ensure that the cam catch locator is positioned in the tube hole when the bolt is tightened to trap the tube from
sliding o ut a nd t o e nsure t hat t he t ertiary a ir p orts a re i n t heir c orrect p osition w ithin t he fi re.
Ensure t hat t he V b oard b affles a re fi tted t he c orrect w ay a round.
