    AS/NZS3100: 2002+A1:2003+A2:2004+A3:2005 Approval and test specification – general requirements for electrical equipment Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician or a power tool repairer in order to avoid a hazard.

    ASSEMBLY (cont.) 2. Feed one of the bolts supplied through the tool rest bar (6) and then through the tool rest (5) in the direction of the on/off switch (11). Place a flat washer and star washer over the threaded end of the bolt and secure by fastening on tool rest adjusting knob (8).
  • Page 9 OPERATION (cont.) Changing Wet Sharpening Wheel 1. Drain water trough (14). 2. Remove 3 screws securing the water trough (14). 3. Remove the water trough (14) from the tool. 4. Remove the nut retaining the wet sharpening wheel (15) with an 18mm spanner by turning the nut anti-clockwise.

    Self lubricating bearings are used in the tool and periodic lubrication is not required. Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by repairing of the bench grinder by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the tool.
