I had a power outage, power came back on but there isnt any power to the opener cos no lights are on. my unit is the TM60 garage door does not operate. What can I do.

If your Seip TM 60 garage door opener has no power after a power outage, unlock the carriage using the emergency release. If your garage can only be accessed from outside, use the key to unlock the door and turn the handle to release the opener. If you can enter from inside, pull the Bowden cable hanging from the carriage to unlock it. Then, open the door manually.
