The "Close disc" check box in Power2Go might have
been unchecked to allow further recording. Under
the "Burner" tab in the Power2Go "Configuration/
Information" menu, check the box to close the disc.

Disc is not finalized when it is copied from the high
definition Everio. Make sure to finalize the disc after
copying. (For details, refer to the instruction manual
of the Everio camera.)
