OIL PAN REMOVAL
(1) Knock the special tool deeply between the oil pan and the
cylinder block.
(2) Hitting the side of the special tool, slide the special tool
along the oil pan to remove it.
OUTER ROTOR / INNER ROTOR REMOVAL
reference in reassembly.
INSPECTION
OIL PUMP
Standard value: 0.03 - 0.08 mm (.00?2 - .0031 in.)
(2) Check the side clearance.
Standard value: 0.04 - 0.10 mm (.0016 - .0039
(3) Check the body clearance.
Standard value: 0.10 - 0.18
Limit: 0.35 (.138 in.)
