In Month view, touch a day to switch to Day view. Then touch an event.

In the Attending? drop-down list, select a response to the event. Options: (no response), Yes, Maybe or No.
Other attendees' status also displayed. Event times are shown in the local time zone.
In the Reminders drop-down list, set the time to change any event reminders or touch the plus button to add
one.

Creating an Event

To create an event:
In any Calendar view, touch
Also touch and hold a spot in Day, Week, or Month view. Touch New event to open the Event details screen
with that day and time already entered.
In the What field, enter a title for the event.

Touch the From date button to open the set date dialog box. Set the date and then touch Set.
2.
Touch the From time button to open the set time dialog box. Set the time and then touch Set.
3.
Touch the To date button to open the set date dialog box. Set the date and then touch Set.
4.
Touch the To time button to open the set time dialog box. Set the time and then touch Set.
5.
Touch the Time zone button to change the time zone setting, if required.
6.
In the Where field, enter the location of the event.

In the Description field, enter a description for the event.
8.
In the Calendar drop-down list, select the account for this event (if more than one account is set up.)
9.
In the Guests field, enter additional attendees. Separate multiple email addresses with commas ( , ).

In the Repetition drop-down list, select how often the event repeats. Options: One-time event, Daily,

Every weekday (Mon-Fri), Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
NOTE
Touch
In the Show me as drop-down list, select whether other Options: Busy or Available.
12.
> More > New event. The Event details screen appears.
> Show extra options to show two extra options: Show me as and Privacy.
