Getting started — Forwarding and filtering messages

The full email (SMTP) address of the person/
people that you want the filter to detect. For
example, type jsmith@rim.net. If you are typing
more than one email address, make sure that you
separate each address with a semi-colon.

other than yourself that you would like the filter
to detect (addresses for distribution lists that do
not have an SMTP address cannot be used). If
you are typing more than one email address,
make sure that you separate each address with a
semi-colon.
Any word(s) for the filter to detect in the Subject
line of incoming messages. The filter will only
search for the entire string, not individual words,
unless you separate them with a semi-colon.
Any word(s) for the filter to detect in the body of
incoming messages.
Click the appropriate check boxes to indicate if
the filter applies to messages that are addressed
directly (To) to you, carbon copied (CC) to you,
or blind carbon copied (BCC). (This field only
applies to messages sent directly to your address.
It does not apply to distribution lists of which
you are a member.)
