Available Finishing settings
The Finishing settings that are available differ depending on the installed options. For details, refer to chapter
2, "Basic copy operations", of the User's Guide [Copy Operations].

Description
Select this setting to separate each set of a multi-page document.
Select this setting to separate the copies of each page in a multi-page doc-
ument.
When a finisher is not in- If the sorting conditions are met, copies are
stalled fed out and sorted in an alternating criss-
cross pattern.
When a finisher is installed The copies are fed out shifted to separate
them.
Copies can be stapled in the corner or at two locations.
Holes for filing can be punched in the copies
Select this setting to fold copies in half before feeding them out.
Select this setting to staple copies at two locations along the center, then
fold the copies in half before feeding them out.
Select this setting to fold copies in three before feeding them out.
Select whether the finished document is folded in half or in three, whether it
is folded in half and stapled, and whether it is folded in half and one of the
halves is mountain-folded.
The copies are output with their front sides facing up.
