Before Requesting Service

Problem
Oven will not turn on
Oven will not start cooking.
The word "
" appears
on the display window.
The oven stops working
and "H97" or "H98"
appears on the display
window.
" " appears in the display
window.
* The display mode is only intended for units in appliance stores. In this mode, no microwaves are radiated.
In case of problem, please contact the Panasonic Service Center directly or Panasonic's appointed repair stores.
Problem Cause
The oven is not plugged in
securely.
Circuit breaker or fuse is tripped
or blown in room.
There is a problem with the outlet.
The door is not closed completely.
[Set/Start] was not pressed.
Another program has already
been input into the oven.
The program has not been input
correctly.
[Stop/Reset] has been pressed
accidentally.
The oven cavity is very hot.
The microwave oven has
systematic fault.
The microwave oven is set to the
display mode.

Solution
Remove plug from outlet. Wait 10
seconds and re-insert.
Reset set a fuse of over 10 Am or
reset a leakage protector.
Replace another appliance into
the outlet to check if the outlet is
working.
Close the oven door securely.
Press [Set/Start].
Press the [Stop/Reset] pad to
cancel the previous program and
program again.
Program again according to the
Operation Instructions.
Program again.
Use after the oven cavity cools down
completely.
Contact Panasonic' s repair store
for repairing.
Remove the plug, wait 10 seconds
and re-insert it.
