If high power is selected at the fi rst stage, do not press the [Micro power] pad, but just turn the [Time/Menu/
Weight/Temperature] dail directly to set the cooking time and then press the [Set/Start] pad.

Example of Use
Boil water. Cook fresh fruits,
vegetables, preserved fruit and
candies.
Cook fi sh and seafood, meat,
poultry, eggs and cakes.
Cook cakes, stew food, and melt
butter and chocolate.
Cook tough meat, stew soup and
soften butter.
Defrost. Defrost meat, poultry or
seafood.
Soften ice cream.
