Calculating Amplifier Power
The number of satellites or subwoofers that can be connected is determined by the amplifier's power. As the number of
speakers increases, the power that is available to each decreases. Plan the system so that each speaker can receive
the highest level of wattage available.
Note: Only satellites with 70v tap settings need to be calculated. 8ohm satellites and subwoofers do not require
calculation.

Source Input Wiring
The CR-CDI1000-LSCAPE accepts balanced and unbalanced input signals. Balanced is recommended when available
to avoid interference on longer runs.
Use pre-built or professionally wired balanced line (two-conductor plus shield), 22-24 gauge cables and connectors.
At the amplifier inputs, use Phoenix-style connectors.
Unbalanced lines may be used, but may result in hum, or RF noise over long cable runs.
