Can the compressor

NO
Turn OFF the outdoor unit power supply
Return outdoor unit NO. to the installation state.

Note (1) When using this procedure, the indoor unit enters a transmission error state. In the indoor unit the expansion valve may be closed or
the fan may stop.
Note( 1) After the compressor is operated, stop it at once.
