Set Up a Temporary Hotspot

You can set up a temporary network name and key (password) to allow a maximum of five
connections to your MiFi 2200 at one time.
This profile generates a temporary network name and network key (password) that you can use to
allow others to connect to your MiFi without having to provide the settings for your secure profile.

From the WiFi Profiles page, select Temporary Hotspot as the Selected Profile.
You will see a new (temporary) network name (SSID) and network key (password). In the
example shown above, the temporary network name is "Novatel MiFi2200 18A1 EBMD" and
the temporary network key is "TWXFC. "

Click Apply. Up to five other devices can now use the temporary network name and network
key (password) to connect to your MiFi.
Tip!
Click Generate to create a different network name and key (password).
