The following tips will help solve problems that might be encountered while using the MiFi 2200:
Make sure you are using the MiFi 2200 in the correct geographic region.

Ensure that the wireless network's coverage extends to your current location.

If you are using the MiFi in USB Modem Mode, simply unplugging and replugging in the USB

cable can resolve many issues.
If you are using the MiFi in WiFi Mode, power it off and then on again.

When properly installed, the MiFi 2200 is a highly reliable product. Most problems are caused by
one of these issues:
System resources required by the MiFi 2200 are being used by other devices. (Rebooting your

Network coverage is not available (either because you are outside the coverage area of your
