Wash the dispensing channel (Fig. 24) and rinse carefully
with hot water.
Clean the machine periodically using a wet cloth, and then
dry it.
Brew group
The brew group must be cleaned every time the coffee bean
hopper is refilled and at least once a week.
Turn the machine off by pressing the main switch (ref. 4 -
Fig. 1) and open the service door (ref. 15 - Fig. 1).
Remove the Dump box first (Fig. 25).

Remove the brew group by turning the lock lever in a vertical
position as indicated in fig (26) then remove the group by
tilting it (Fig. 26). If necessary, use the left hand to make the
removal easier.

The brew group must be cleaned with hot water and no
detergents.
The stainless steel filter must be free of coffee
residue.
Remove the upper filter to clean it. With the provided wrench
(ref. 24 – Fig. 1) unscrew the knob counter clockwise (Fig.
27).Wash and dry all the elements of the brew group, reinsert
the filter and hand-tighten the knob.
