Problem
I want to distinguish the tones.
The MESSAGE button light lit.
An SDN button on my extension does not work.
I cannot use the secondary Ethernet port.

A PDN button is not assigned on the
extension corresponding to your SDN
button.

telephone, check whether ECO mode is
enabled (see "
Operating the Telephones"). If it is enabled,
ask your dealer to disable ECO mode.
