ISO (SENSITIVITY)

Adjusts the camera's ISO rating. The sensitivity value is adjustable in 1/3
stop increments. When the
rd
ISO rating is adjusted, the camera logs the change as metadata and the monitor path reacts
accordingly. Higher ISO values lead to brighter images in the monitor path, and vice versa.
Range is ISO 250 – 12800
Default is ISO 800

Aperture controls the depth of field of the subject imaged by the camera, and in combination with the
shutter speed / angle setting controls the amount of light falling on the sensor. i.e. exposure. Increasing
the F stop to a higher number reduces exposure as well as increases the depth of field, decreasing the F
stop to a lower number increases the exposure and decreases the depth of field.

RED EPIC DSMC TI PL MOUNT INSTALLED

When a lens equipped with Cooke's S4/i system is attached to the DSMC Ti PL Mount, the camera will
display the current aperture (F stop) of the attached lens. This is for information only and on-camera
adjustment is NOT available.
NOTE: When you press upwards on the navigational menu, an advanced menu will display,
however is non-functional.

RED EPIC CANON EOS MOUNT INSTALLED

This menu will appear when a RED EPIC Canon EOS Mount is installed and a Canon EF or EF-S Lens or
equivalent is attached (a Non-Canon EF or EF-S Lens may not function as smoothly or accurately).
Adjusts the aperture (F stop) of the attached lens.
The attached lens for the example shown is a Canon EF 24-70mm.
