    VENTING AND INSTALLATION 1. Heat -N-Glo gas inserts are designed for recessed installations into solid fuel Masonry or Factory Built Non Combustible fireplaces that have been installed in accordance with the National, Provincial, State and local building codes. 2. Minimum fireplace opening requirements are shown in Figure 1 of this instal- lation manual.

For zero clearance, factory built woodburning fireplaces, the use of kit LINK-ZC-ADP, in place of the standard square flashing, will allow you to mount the adaptor and cap on metal pipe.
