Step 5. Ensure the following:
Step 6. Using soft, lint-free dry cloth, wipe lamp and reflector clean of any dust or finger-

Step 8. Disengage service tilt lock to allow luminaire head to move freely.

Step 10. Disable pan/tilt (if necessary).
Step 11. Set color to WHITE and intensity to 100%.

a. Reflector is mounted in center of rear casting and secure enough to prevent it
from moving. If not, at three reflector mounting clips, using #1 Phillips screw-
driver, remove three 6-32x1/8" PPSS screws. remove light baffle ring and
loosen three 1/4" hex standoffs.
b. Center reflector and retighten reflector clips by tightening standoffs. Make sure
clips are square so the light baffle ring will fit perfectly over the clips.
c. Reinstall light baffle ring.
d. Lamp is properly and completely seated in the lamp socket in the centered in
opening of reflector. Adjust as necessary.

a. Minimize size of halo around hot spot. It will not completely disappear, but
should be even and symmetrical all the way around with no large blotches of
color at any one point.
b. Maximize spot intensity by making hot spot as small and tightly focused as
possible. Hot spot should be centered in halo and in larger brownish circle sur-
rounding it.
