9. ADJUSTMENT OF COMPONENTS

9-1. Bevel Angle Adjustment

Before the power tool is shipped from the factory, it is adjusted for 0û and left 45û bevel cutting angles.
The positioning and bevel cutting angle can be adjusted by changing the height of the 8 mm nylock bolt
(maximum bevel cutting angle is 48û).

10. PACKING

(1) Preparation before packing
Turn the turn table 45û clockwise.
(2) Mounting packing (C)
Place packing (C) under the gear case and swing the motor section. Pressing on packing (C), hook the
stopper pin on the gear case.
(3) Mounting packing (E)
Fold packing (E) in two at the center and insert it between the gear case and protective cover (A).
(4) Mounting packings (B) and (A)
Place the base packing in the carton box and place the power tool on it. Fit packing (B) on the housing.
Place packing (A) at the left of the base.
(5) Mounting packing (D) and upper packing
Place packing (D) on the switch handle and place the upper packing on packings (A), (B) and (D).
Close the carton box.
