7. Press the c hannel 1 ASSIGN "1/L-2/R" sw itch.
8. Raise the c hannel fader to "7" on the scale.
9. Raise the MASTER " 1/L-2/R" fader t o "7".
10. Press the MONITOR " GROU P 1" sw itch.
11. Turn the PH ON ES level control up to the 12 o'clock position.
12. While speaking into the mic, slow ly turn the TRIM control in
channel 1 to the right. You will hear your voice in the
headphones.
When using a line level source {suc h as electronic instruments)
instead of the mic, the TRIM does not need to be turned up very
far, if at all.
