Secured Job Hold a print job in printer memory until it is released
with a 4-digit PIN via PageScope Web Connection or
the printer control panel. Unprinted jobs are deleted
manually or when a "Held Job Timeout" occurs.
Print & Hold Print a job and store it in printer memory for future
printing until a "Held Job Timeout" or reboot occurs,
or it's manually deleted.
Stored Job Store a job in printer memory for future printing. The
job remains in memory even after it is printed or the
printer is rebooted. Stored jobs are deleted through
PageScope Web Connection and the printer control
panel, or when a "Held Job Timeout" occurs.
Stored Job w/ PIN Same as Stored Job except that it requires a 4-digit
PIN to access and either print or delete the file.

The magicolor 2550 EN and 2550 DN are compatible with the following

Emulations

The magicolor 2550 supports the most popular industry PDLs (Page
Description Languages) for seamless, error-free printing:
PostScript 3
PCL 6 (includes PCL 5c, 5e, and XL)
PDF v 1.4
For today's common business and graphics applications, the magicolor
2550 Series printers include a standard PostScript 3 emulation,
complete with 144 resident fonts.
The PCL 6 emulation is designed to emulate the HP Color LaserJet
4550 and 4600. Included are 93 fonts and PJL (Printer Job Language),
a document control language that makes the printer highly compatible
with mainstream applications that generate these types of commands.
When an optional hard disk is installed in the printers, a PDF 1.4 Direct
Print emulation is also available. PageScope Web Connection can be
used to print PDF files directly without first opening up Adobe Reader.
