Searching for a network
The phone searches for wireless networks within range. You select the network that you
want to connect the device to. Alternatively, you can enter the name of the required
WLAN manually.

Scan survey:
Your device searches for wireless net-
works within range.

While the scan is running, the display

WLAN.
If the search is unsuccessful, the Local

Network screen is displayed.
Enter the network manually or repeat the
search at a later date.
If the search was successful, the wireless
networks are displayed with their net-
work name (SSID) and the following

Selecting a WLAN:

The Network Name (SSID) field is auto-
matically completed and cannot be
changed.
Now enter the network key.

Save
Press the display key to start
the scan survey.
The WLAN is encrypted.
Signal strength of this WLAN con-
nection.
Select the required WLAN.
Press the display key to confirm
the selection.
