Paper is jammed in the Duplex Tray (For MFC-8820D/8820DN, DCP-8025D/8025DN)

(1) Pull the Duplex Tray and paper tray out of the machine.
(2) Pull the jammed paper out of the machine.
(3) Pull the Duplex Tray and paper tray back into the machine.
