6. Adjust the receiver tone control to your needs. Locate the tone control inside the battery door. Use the supplied small screwdriver to rotate the “Tone Control”. A low setting (fully counter-clockwise “-”) emphasizes lower frequencies. A medium setting (rotated to a vertical position) has some low frequency cut.

Motiva PFM System Troubleshooting Static audio in the receiver – • Make sure the Transmitter and Receiver are set to the same channel. • Make sure you are using fresh or fully recharged batteries. • Microphone cord and earphone cord serve as transmitting and receiving antennas. Try to keep the antennas in a vertical orientation.
