    PR & OS Owner’s Manual PACKING CHECKLIST Your Billy Goat Power Rake is shipped from the factory in one carton, completely assembled. READ all safety instructions before assembling unit. TAKE CAUTION when removing the unit from the box the Handle Assembly is attached to the unit by cables.

The handle can be folded by sliding the handle lock loops (item 28) up.
