Common Symptom/Problem
Communication between computer's COM
port and Tenor AX serial port cannot be
established.
Tenor AX cannot receive or transmit calls.

Description/Solution
Verify DB-9 cable is firmly placed in the unit's console port
and your PC's serial port.
Verify Terminal port settings at 38400 BPS 8N1 No Flow
Control.
Ensure FXO/FXS ports are working correctly.
Generate alarm list for more information.
Contact Central Office for interface issues.
