Cannot refit the side Pannel after assembly as the chain brake has been released

1 comments:

To refit the side panel on a Dolmar 109 HappyStart after releasing the chain brake, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the chain brake is released by levering down the brake gate using a screwdriver.
2. Position the clutch drum properly in place.
3. Align the side panel with the mounting points on the chainsaw.
4. Secure the cover plate by inserting and tightening the screws.
5. Make sure the brake band and tension spring are correctly installed and engaged.

If the brake band or tension spring is damaged, replace them before refitting the panel.
