Tasks

Use the Tasks application to organize and track to do and task lists. You can save tasks on your
phone or sync them with your Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and Google Accounts. You can also
see your tasks in Calendar.

Create a Task

Create detailed tasks to help organize your day.
1. Touch
> > P roductivity > T asks.
2. To select the Task account where you want to create the task, touch

Manage Tasks

Organize your tasks by marking those you've completed, sort tasks, edit tasks and more.
1. Touch

2. Go to the list that contains the task.
3. In the list of tasks, you can:
Mark a task complete. Touch the check button next to the task. To view completed tasks,

touch > V iew completed.
Sort tasks. Touch > S ort. Select how you want to sort the tasks.

Edit a task. Touch the task that you want to edit, and then touch Edit. Edit the task details,

and then touch Save.
Delete a task. Touch and hold the task that you want to delete, and then touch Delete.
