Exhaust fan, lamp thermistor.
Condition 6 (power-on problem)
AC input, power supply unit (including the interlock switch), main board,
safety switch, filter board, inlet unit.
Condition 7 (Sometimes occurs during operation.)
Air filter frame (dirt), exhaust fan, power supply unit, main board,
thermistor (LV/PBS/lamp)
Condition 9 or 10
Lamp inner housing, main board, FC board.
Condition 11
Power supply unit, lamp inner housing.
