First, fasten carefully and securely the
stationary blade
a t
position A (as seen
on the right),
so
that there is no clear-
ance.
Set the shear blade on the blade install-
ing portion of the blade holder.
F i t as many of the washers as possible
between the blades.
Remove one of the above washers and
insert
it
between the blade holder and
shear blade. Then fasten securely with
the hex. screw.
