To expedite your service request, please have the following information ready when contacting us:
1. IQAir model, shell number and serial number (found at the base of the system and on the certificate of performance)
2. Your details (name, address, phone number, e-mail)
3. Point of purchase (name of dealer, city)
4. Date of purchase
5. Description of issue

7.4 IQAir Warranty
Your IQAir HealthPro system comes with a limited warranty of 5 years on parts and labor, excluding filters. Please
complete and return the enclosed warranty registration card soon after purchase or register online at
www.iqair.com/support. The information will allow us to provide you with a swift service should service work
become necessary.
