13.   LIMITED   W ARRANTY—PARTS   O NLY    
 
INCLUSIONS   -­‐   I TEMS   C OVERED   B Y   W ARRANTY  
The   f ollowing   i tems   a re   c overed   b y   t he   w arranty:  
1. The   p eriod   o f   t he   w arranty   o n   t his   p roduct   i s   o ne   y ear,   w hich   b egins   f rom   t he   d ay   o f  
purchase.      
2. To   q ualify,   t he   o wner   o f   t he   p roduct   m ust   p rovide   a   c opy   o f   t he   s ales   r eceipt   s howing  
the   d ate   o f   p urchase.   I n   t he   a bsence   o f   a   s ales   r eceipt,   I deal   A ir   w ill   u se   t he   d ate   o f  
manufacture   w hich   i s   f ound   o n   t he   u nit   a s   t he   s tart   d ate   o f   t he   w arranty.      
3. This   w arranty   i s   f or   P ARTS   O NLY.   I deal   A ir   w ill   h elp   p rovide   t echnical   s upport   t o   t he  
end-­‐user   o ver-­‐the-­‐phone   t o   h elp   w ith   d iagnosis   o f   p roblems.   I deal   A ir   w ill   p rovide   a ny  
needed   r eplacement   p arts   f or   a   p eriod   o f   o ne   y ear   f rom   t he   d ate   o f   p urchase.    
4. This   w arranty   c overs   d efect   o f   m aterials   a nd   c omponents   o nly.    
 
EXCLUSIONS   -­‐   I TEMS   N OT   C OVERED   B Y   W ARRANTY    
The   f ollowing   i tems   a re   n ot   c overed   b y   t he   w arranty:  
1. End-­‐user   d issatisfaction   w ill   n ot   b e   a   c ause   f or   r eturn   u nder   t his   w arranty.    
2. Failure   t o   a dhere   t o   a nd/or   c omply   w ith   u ser's   m anual   i nstructions   w ill   v oid   a ll  
associated   w arranty   o bligations.  
3. Damage   t hat   o ccurs   d uring   t ransportation.  
4. Any   d amage   o r   i mproper   r epairs   i ncluding   m isuse,   n egligence,   a nd   i nsufficient  
maintenance.  
5. Damage   c aused   b y   f orce   m ajeure.  
6. Damage   t o   w heels,   w hich   a re   e asily   b roken   b y   i mproper   u sage.  
7. Ideal   A ir   w ill   n ot   b e   r esponsible   f or   t he   f ollowing   f or   a ny   w arranty   c laim:

2. We   r ecommend   t hat   y ou   k eep   r ecords   ( pictures   &   d escriptions)   a nd   r eceipts;   y ou   m ay   b e  
asked   t o   p rove   t hat   t he   m aintenance   i nstructions   h ave   b een   f ollowed.    
3. It   i s   t he   u ser's   r esponsibility   t o   o perate   t he   e quipment   i n   a   s afe   m anner,   a nd   f or   t he   u se   i n  
which   i t   w as   i ntended.    
4. If   a   d efect   i n   m aterials   o r   w orkmanship   o ccurs,   i t   i s   y our   r esponsibility   t o   c ease   o perating   t he
